Fiona

I saw Fiona and her bridesmaids in March for her gorgeous Hunter Valley wedding. She was so lucky with the weather. We had rain for days before then her day came and the sun shined. It was fabulous. They stayed at the beautiful Grande Mecure Apartments in Rothbury. Fiona and her bridesmaids looked divine. Below are a few pics from the day courtesy of Christophe Launay. X

Jess

In December we saw Jess for her wedding on the lake at Buff Point. It was a warm summers day and all the girls had gorgeous upstyles that we curled and loosely swept up at the nape of the neck. Jess also had a small hair jewel which was a great contrast against her dark hair.

Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner Magazine Shoot

We were asked to do the hair and make-up styling for Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner Magazine. These photos are from a shoot a few editions ago but I really love the concept. Each shoot was based around a different fairy tale character. We had Cinderella, Snow White, Rupunzel, Princess and the Pea and Sleeping Beauty. They were shot in various locations around Newcastle. Tessa

Tessa was married in December in Lake Macquarie. Her and her bridesmaids looked gorgeous with their long tossled locks. This is one of our favourite looks to do. Its sassy and timeless. These photos are courtesy of James Bennett Photography. X

Fiona

Christmas is a time when families and friends come together from near and far to celebrate. Most of Fiona's family is living abroad so what better an opportunity than this to get married. Fiona was married on Christmas Eve in the stunning Hunter Valley. She prepared for the day at a favourite place of ours - Monkey Place at Broke. Its so timeless and gorgeous. Nikita

Nikita was married in October at Pokolbin. She has beautiful almond shaped eyes which we played up by giving her a gorgeous smokey eye. We used airbrush make-up on Nikita and all of her bridesmaids as well as sets of false lashes to really finish and set this look off. She has very fine hair so we amped it up adding curls for volume and sweeping it back into a tossled low bun look. She looked stunning. We had a great, fun morning with her. X

Emma

In November we saw Emma for her wedding day in the Hunter Valley. She and her bridesmaids prepared for the day at Peppers Guest house in Pokolbin. Its is a beautiful spot. Emma's hair was curled and then loosely pinned back at the nape with gorgeous detailed throughout. Styles like this will last the entire day and night. Her make-up was kept nice and fresh with emphasis being on the eyes. Below are some pics from her day. X

Suzy

In February we saw Suzy for her wedding in Pokolbin. She was married in the beautiful gardens of Peppers Guest House in the Hunter Valley. Such a gorgeous day. Michelle

Michelle's wedding was in October in the beautiful Hunter Valley. All the girls chose slightly different styling which complimented each of them perfectly. The girls bouquets were gorgeous and we used extra fresh flowers in their hair. It added a really pretty touch to each of their looks. Below are some photos from her day. X

Cara

On a very fresh day last August we saw Cara and her bridesmaids for her wedding at Wandin Valley Estate in Pokolbin. The air was chilly in the morning but the sun came through and provided lots of warmth for their ceremony. Wandin Valley is an excellent place to stay and get ready for your day. Each villa has lots of space a many rooms, so its prefect for you and your bridesmaids. Cara's dress was quite vintage so we kept her styling the same. She also used a beautiful vintage lace piece in her hair to complete her look. Cara's wedding also featured in Wedding Style Guide # 13. X
